BONUS FACT: 93.5% of Women and 82.1% of Men Want To Develop...
A lean and athletic physique! We recently conducted an online survey in order to discover what type of physique people really want to achieve and find most attractive. We asked men and women what their ideal physique would be and also what physique type they find most desirable in the opposite sex. Here's what the results of our ULTIMATE Body Survey revealed!
LADIES... 93.5% of the women we surveyed said that they wanted to develop a lean and sexy athletic physique. Only 4.9% indicated that they wanted to develop a skinny body and the other 1.6% indicated that they would like to develop a muscular body builder type physique. And... 92.9% of the males we surveyed said they find the lean and sexy athletic look much more attractive in a female than any other type of physique.
GUYS... 82.1% of the men we surveyed said that they wanted to develop a lean and muscular athletic physique. Only 3.6% indicated that they wanted to develop a skinny body and the other 14.3% indicated that they would like to develop a big and bulky body builder type physique. And... 88.7% of the females we surveyed said they find the lean and muscular athletic look much more attractive in a male than any other type of physique.
The 'RESULTS' of the ULTIMATE body survey speaks volumes. It's clear that the majority of people would prefer the lean look of an athlete, and not only that, but it's also the look most people seem to find most attractive in the opposite sex. If LEAN and ATHLETIC is what people want, then why on earth are the majority of people still eating like a fat person and training like bodybuilders???

I just want to say a big thanks for the ABS. I have been following the program since January and the results have been amazing. When I weighed myself early January....I was close to 90kg and wasn't too pleased with my physique. Now, just 3 months on, I am just under 84kg through a combination of changing my diet and adopting the ABS program.
I have decided to challenge myself further and have entered for the 2009 Universe Weekend in Miami June 18-21 June 2009 and although some of the other competitors look quite intimidating, with your help and advice I am sure I can take them on. lol
This photo was taken about two weeks ago but I still have some way to go yet before I achieve the kind of physique I really want. At 35yrs I am also ready and determined to push myself to the next level. I now think and train like an athlete though it sure has been pain sometimes. lol
