One thing I will never do is "leave you in the cold". I will do my best to answer any questions and give advice to help my customers. If you have download problems then I will be glad to walk you through the process, but it is really simple. First, you need to have Adobe Reader installed. This is a free program and there is a link to it on the download page. Second, you just need to click on the link and the book will open up. You just have to save it and thats it!
If worst comes to worst and for some strange reason we cannot get the files to open up (which has never happened to me), then I can simply give you a refund. As for getting a refund, I trust that you will not order with full intentions of getting a refund no matter what (sadly, some people actually do this). But if you are not satisfied for any reason then it simply isn't ethical of me to keep your money. You can just email me (or Clickbank's customer service) and it will be processed ASAP. I haven't had anyone request a refund yet, but there is always a first time for everything!
So I hope you can see that my goal is to run my business ethically (unlike so many other online vendors) and stay in business for the long term!
"What Happens After I Order?"
This is how the order process works:
Step 1 = Order. You complete the payment process with our secure order page. You will go to this page after you click the "Add to Cart" link at the bottom.
Step 2 = Register. Upon completion of payment, you will be automatically redirected to the Registration Page. Here you enter your name and email address so that we can email you the download page. That way you have it stored in your email address so you can always refer back to it.
Step 3 = Download. Upon completion of the registration on Step 2 you will be automatically redirected to the download page (which will also be sent to your email address from the last step). You simply click on the provided links and the books will automatically open up!
Step 4 = Check Your Email. You can check email for the Download Page email and save it in case you ever want to refer back to it.

One of the most common concerns that I hear is from people who are afraid they will complete the payment process and then be left with nothing. This isn't the case with my book! As you can see above after Step 2, you will receive the download page in your email and it will automatically appear on your screen as well. If there are any problems you can just email me and I will be glad to help.
And don't worry about using your credit card . I use a online retailer called Clickbank, who specializes in digitally delivered products. Using Clickbank is just like using your credit card at the grocery store, except instead of groceries you get a downloadable E-book instead. They handle transactions for thousands of different E-books. I know they are legit because I spent a lot of time investigating their track record. I never even see your credit card information! And if you want, you can also use PayPal too.
