We asked men and women what their ideal physique would be and also what physique type they find most desirable in the opposite sex. Here's what the results of our ULTIMATE Body Survey revealed!

LADIES... 93.5% of the women we surveyed said that they wanted to develop a lean and sexy athletic physique. I just want to say a big thanks for the ABS. I have been following the program since January and the results have been amazing. When I weighed myself early January....I was close to 90kg and wasn't too pleased with my physique. Now, just 3 months on, I am just under 84kg through a combination of changing my diet and adopting the ABS program.

Is Drive Distance a Constant Source of Frustration for You

No kidding! It is for so many golfers. And, why does it have to feel so difficult sometimes? The real problem with achieving drive distance has nothing to do with the club you selected! Most typically, it is tight shoulders which don't allow you to make a proper back swing and leave distance behind with an incomplete follow through position. Other times, it is one of the most common tight areas I see in the mid back. Would you believe this is the number one reason most golfers can't seem to make a proper golf swing?
