In preparation for my senior season, I put my new found discovery to the test in the summer of 2000. I mimicked the same workout that I saw many of the skill players doing on the practice field. I performed short, intense sprints on the track. Each sprint took me approximately 20-30 seconds to complete. After two shorts months, I was shocked to see the amazing transformation in my body.

I just wish that somebody else had done it before

The Members-Only Area is a goldmine of information I wish that I had been able to find ten years ago! I know what it's like to spend hours in the gym, waste a fortune on food supplements and see little or nothing in the way of results. Let's face it. I'm a long, long way from being the best-built man in the world. There are plenty of guys around who are far leaner, fitter and stronger than I am. The answer to long-term weight loss doesn't lie in the latest short-term diet. As human beings, we can't win if we fight our perfectly natural desire for food. Depriving yourself of your favorite foods does nothing more than set you up for self-sabotage.
