So who are you guys?

Our story is a simple one. We are two long time friends who have made our living off of the Forex market. How did it all start?

My name is John. I initially met my friend Mark at an online trading seminar back in 2001. + Many of his forex trades lose money

Before Ashkan taught me how he makes money trading forex, I had thought Ashkan had some kind of a magic touch when it came to trading - maybe he never lost money, and I found out I was wrong.

He confessed this - he has slightly more winning trades than losing trades, but his winning trades were worth far more than his losing trades, and this was how he consistently made money. This was extremely surprising to me.

+ He enters his trades into his computer and then walks away

I figured Ashkan would sit and watch his trades until they were over, but he told me that he often entered his trades into his computer and then walked away. He did say that if something exceptional was happening in the markets he may sit and watch during trading, but for the most part he simply entered his forex trades into the computer and walked away. Like most traders, he will often check on his trades to see how they are progressing, but he said this is mostly out of habit and, in fact, he admitted this - watching his forex trades too much makes it difficult to make money. Ashkan told me how he noticed when he is able to walk away from his computer he makes more money on his forex trades. This was very interesting to me, as I had assumed his forex trading was hard work and involved long hours in front of the computer.

+ His forex trading is not complex, it is a simple, profitable method

Ashkan has simple trading charts set up to find high probability setups in the market. He does have several trading screens in his office, but that is simply his preference. He explained to me how his trades occur sporadically, so he does not trade every day.

Probably the most amazing part of his trading is this - nearly all of the time Ashkan is simply waiting for a trade. He showed me how most of the time he scans the forex markets looking for an ideal trade setup. Once in a while an ideal trading setup will occur, and then he will take it. This was very interesting to me, as I assumed he entered trades all day long, every day. It was also surprising to hear that he learned that he made more money when he took fewer trades.

+ He treats all of his forex trades the same

Ashkan does not know when a trade will make money and when a trade will fail. He takes all of the forex trades that his trading system tells him to take. I thought that since he is such a great forex trader he probably knows when a trade will be certain to make money. He admitted to me that he enters each forex trade not knowing what will happen. He manages his risk on each trade, keeps it to an acceptable level and then - win or lose - he lets the trade unfold. I was a bit disappointed to hear this, I suppose I believed he had some secret knowledge, or at the very least, he knew when he placed a winning trade in the forex market.

+ He told me he wanted to become a better trader with my help

Of all the things that my friend Ashkan, the millionaire trader, told me, I was most surprised when he told me that he needed my help to become a better trader. This was the same guy who has been paid handsomely by investment banks, brokerage houses, and proprietary trading firms, to make money and show others how to make money trading forex. I failed to understand why he needed my help to improve his forex trading.

How was I, a guy who did not even understand the forex market, supposed to help a millionaire forex trader?

I thought maybe he had lost a boatload of money on a big trade, or maybe the stress of trading was getting to him. I had heard about forex traders cracking under the pressure of having to produce consistent gains. Maybe Ashkan was asking me to help him overcome all of the stress. I thought that maybe this was the reason he wanted my help.

Then he told me.

Ashkan said "I know you can improve my forex trading system. If I let you see how I make money in forex, together we can improve my trading system." He said a "fresh perspective" on his forex trading method would allow him to trade it even more successfully.He knew if we removed the human element from forex trading more money would be made. He said it is extremely difficult for most traders to go through a losing streak, or even worse, to sit through a winning trade without closing the trade too quickly. He had thought a lot about it, and he wanted my help to improve and automate his system. He would show me everything he knows and he would teach me precisely how he trades.

I knew he was serious, because he seemed almost desperate. Ashkan knew that I, as a beginner, could help him to boil down his trading method, and make it very simple so he would find it easier to follow. Since I was a programmer and I had always asked him about learning how to trade forex he said I was the first person he thought of when he realized he needed help to become a better forex trader. What he told me next was a surprise. Everything I learned from Ashkan about forex trading was unexpected. Ashkan wanted me to know these things before we went any further, and I was surprised to learn these things:

I knew that my friend Ashkan made money trading forex because I knew how he lived his life. He is always taking vacations, he has several nice homes, and he is a very generous person. Ashkan was wealthy, and I knew this. When he told me how it took years before he actually started making money in forex, I was a bit shocked. I figured it had always come easy to him. He told me how the most important lesson he learned trading forex was to accept this fact: the outcome for each forex trade is unknown. The other important lesson he learned was this - the professional forex trader learned to let winning trades run for huge profits in order to maximize winnings. He told me how in the beginning of his forex trading career he had to "learn how to ride winning trades for all that they are worth."

- While starting out, when he was losing money, he had often considered quitting forex trading many times because losing consistently was so difficult to bear

Ashkan admitted to me how he consistently lost while trading in the beginning, and he often considered giving up on forex, but he knew he could make a living trading, so he stuck with it. He told me how he knew that in the end he would figure it out, and he is glad that he stuck with it, as he could never imagine a life without the freedom and money that he has today.

He said he would never want to do anything different for a living. However, he also wanted me to know how he was absolutely convinced I could help him make even more money trading forex. Ashkan was right, of course. We DID improve his trading system, but more on that later.

I wanted to know more about how Ashkan made his big money in forex, so I began to pump him for information about his method. What I learned was very surprising.

- He told me how many of his trades would lose a lot of money, but over the long run he rakes in big profits because he has a long term perspective

I thought Ashkan made money 90% of the time, or more. I knew he made a lot trading forex, but I did not realize he had so many losing trades. He showed me how his losers are much smaller than his winners. Showing me his trading records, he explained to me that losing trades are part of the game, and he was hoping to automate his trading system to make it easier to sit through losing trades. He knew how many forex traders have difficulty sitting through losing trades and often take a break from trading when a few losers appear. The problem with this strategy, he explained, is that once the trading system has a few losing trades, a string of winners is due to appear, so this is the worst time to stop trading. In other words, a trader's psychology often gets in the way of making money trading forex.

REVERSE ENGINEERING: How this approach was created

This trading technique has been developed in a unique
way. 5 years ago we identified that we wanted to trade
long candles. A quick move in the market. Rather than
looking for a particular technique first, we took a reverse
engineering approach.

We firstly looked at the trading charts and identified all the
60 pip 1 hour candles that occurred over a period of 6
months for 3 currencies (GBPUSD, EURUSD and
USDJPY).

When you have a number of students to help, this exercise becomes a little easier. We
then gathered key information about each candle, such as, the exact time of the day it
occurred, noted any economic announcements that may have happened and the exact size
and strength of the +60pip trend etc. This supplied fantastic information regarding the
time and events that made these candles occur. This alone was worth all the work.

We then took it so much further. We looked at all the trading signals that occurred just
before the candle trend. We looked at the support and resistance levels that were in
place to tell why the candle started where it did and stopped where it did. More importantly
we looked at the trading triggers (opposed to signals) that would activate a trade into
the candle trend. The information again was incredible. We found that 1 leading indicator
gave a trading trigger in 90% of the time! Further there was only a handful of
trading signals supporting these moves. (Trading signals give supporting evidence of a likely
transaction; the Trigger is the event that activates the transaction)

So rather than complicating the process we found a simplified approach using
conventional trading methods and found a simple trading trigger that applied to 90%
of long candles.

Create three different resumes. (One for internet, one for email, and one for fax and in person)

Make your cover letter, your resume, and your website highly interactive.

Manually locate the top 10 companies nearby to you (or that you are willing to relocate to) and call their job hotlines and find out the names of the persons in charge who will receive your resume.

Fax your cover letter and resume to your top 10 companies in the pervious step IF you can't get an email address to send to.

There are two paradigm shifts that are occurring in today's job market that no one seems to be talking about!

And it's like the perfect storm!

Throw in some greedy "experts" on "how to get a job" or "send us your resume" and the storm just grows worse with you spending more and more time and money on things that will never help you in the end!

And this is what makes me mad and why I literally quit my day job to create THIS system!

Because as an insider myself, it hurts to see the greedy continue to beat the needy!

I'm not greedy! And I'm sure you're not either!

So, no more Mr. Nice guy! I'm digging deep on this one, and for the first time ever revealing the secrets that not only gets me the job every time (I needed one) but those I shared this formula with as well (my closest of friends and family).

But First...

But before I go into who I am and why I am an authority on this stuff let me finish my thought on this "mechanism" and "paradigm shift" thing as it's very important to understand.

First, as you probably already know, a paradigm shift occurs when society starts to move away from common practice and theory. Usually this occurs because of inventions aka "agents of change" or new sciences dictate that newer thoughts and practices are better than the old, and people tend to agree, and eventually it becomes the norm.

An example of an "agent of change" affecting how society thinks and changes is the printing press. Because of the printing press information and knowledge became more readily available and thus this sparked the scientific revolution.

Another example is the home computer and the internet which changed the way we communicate today and sparked the information revolution.

Other examples of "agents of change" that influenced how society acts, thinks, or lives are: the microwave, the car, the wheel, the telephone, fast food restaurants, cell phones, and space exploration to name a few.

So, what are the "latest" paradigm shifts that are affecting you and your job getting abilities? They are these:

1. Social Media aka Social Networking, and
2. Behavioral Interviewing

You Can't Hide Anymore!

Everyone can be "found" on the internet or by other means by employers.

Did you know according to a Careerbuilder.com survey in 2006 that 24% of employers purposely try to find out more information on candidates by searching for them on social networking sites or by search engines?

And that survey was taken THREE years ago!

If I were a betting man I BET you have either a MySpace page, or Facebook page, or Twitter account, or have even posted in a forum or chat room before!

Am I right?

So what does your internet information say about you?

So...Just Feed Them!

Whether you have presence or not on the internet are really irrelevant when all is said and done.

It is a "catch-22!"

Opinions will be formed about you regardless.

It's going to either be, "this guy is not interesting enough", "we can't decide nor trust" (because lack of internet presence), or "no way" (too much "negative" information).

The point is employers are going to look for you on the internet!

So, if they're going to do it anyway then give them what they want!

Lead them to the Honey Pot!

This is why making your resume "interactive" is important. And one of the main reasons you will be called for an interview!

By actually telling the recruiter WHERE to find the information they seek you are in essence CONTROLLING the information they read.

Failure to share with employers what you want them to see leaves the whole scenario up for grabs and unfortunately opens up the possibility of them having to find (or not) the wrong kind of information about you!

This is where a little "mind-control" begins to take place!

Then There's The Dreaded Interview

On top of the Social Networking paradigm shift, there is also an HR (human resource) paradigm shift that is occurring too! And what's at the forefront of the new way of hiring candidates is this little thing called "behavioral hiring."

The concept is asking behavioral related questions so that the employer can fairly estimate what type of person you truly are. And they can ascertain all this based on past behavior.

In the eyes of employers (whether it's true or not) past behavior predicates future behavior.

Put the two paradigm shifts together and you have (depending on your situation) a recipe for success or a recipe for disaster!

It all depends on how you constructed your "story" using these "agents of change."

Because what the REAL DEAL is all about is people are trying to figure out who you are and what you're about on a more personal level and they are using social media and behavioral sciences against you!

It's Kind of Like..War!
